Okay they are a very clean and pretty setup. I understand they are windage adjustable, my question is are they elevation adjustable. In other words can you keep a scope near it's optical center like the Burris signature rings?
I hope to hear from someone who has experience with these .

Correct; no up / down adjustability.  However, because of the way the 3-piece ring assembly goes together and the way the ring stud is pulled into the base with the cone screws, it does have a very small amount of allowance for slight vertical axis misalignment.
