I had good experiences with them about a year back.

I have only had one experience, I took advantage of the 4200 satisfaction guarantee. I sent in one that I just didn't like, and the sent me back a more expensive model, for free

I have had no personal experience with Bushnells Customer service. I do know some folks that have and they all had good things to report.
I also would have absolutely no problem thinking this will continue based on the fact that SWFA uses them for the service of the Super Sniper. That should speak volumes. Edited by cyborg - August/24/2008 at 22:37 |

I shot the reticle outa one , a 3x9 , that had a dbl horozontal cross hair and a BDC turret with the different cams. I liked it alot.
I sent it in with $15 IIRC and had a brand new one back in about 10 days. It was the newer version of the older one....only had the std duplex, I wished they had just repaired the older one , but I cant complain.
