Anyone seen it?

Anyone care to explain to me what happened?  Did they run out of money before they were able to finish it?  Got to be one of the lousiest endings I have ever seen or I am just not bright enough to catch on to whatever the ending was supposed to mean.

I haven't and probably won't now. Atleast not until someone buys it and I borrow it.

Oops.  Didn't mean to be a spoiler.  It was an excellent movie with lots of action.  The ending was just not what I was expecting.  You should definitely watch it so you can explain it to me.

Not meaning to steal the thread but how do you choke a shotgun small enough to suppress it???

I saw it and liked it quite a bit.  The ending was wierd and I had to run it back a couple times to try to understand it, but I think it was meant to leave you with the thought that the Anton Sugur character is still out there and nobody knows what happened to him.  He was one mean, cold-blooded dude!

It's a really good movie. So good that the ending just doesn't live up to the rest of the film.  I'd watch the whole thing again. Thunbs%20Up

One thing you can't deny is that the abrupt ending makes you think, which I'm sure is the intended purpose.

Yeah, it made me think alright.  Think about not watching any more movies directed by the Coen bros.

the book and movie are written after a real life guy who was special forces, at least according to snipershide- the can on the shotgun is bullsh*t, notice how little the shotgun recoils and even less, besides the wads get caught in the dams. the guy who takes the money in front was a really bad gun handler for having had at least some miltary training.
what I got out of the movie-- how uninformed law enforcement is about what is really going on around them-- look both ways before you go thru a green light.

Some elements of law enforcement are aware of the extent of the drug war problem. I have a lot of intel that I am not at liberty to share.

As for the movie it just leaves it open for a sequal.
