The only ones I can think of are the Trijicon doughnut and maybe the Leupold QCT, but that's more of a dot with a circle than just a circle.

There has to be more than that out there...

mk 4 spr, ior qcb (almost a circle) night force fc2 probably won't find just a circle, the night force mil-dot has a bunch of circles.

EoTech is rather a circle dot thing, Nikon bac reticles, the mil dots on night force are actually circle dots. What are you looking for?

had an operunity to use a browning 7 mag SS hunter with a S&B circle, MAN, sure wish I could afford that kind of glass, he had over 3k in that outfit. WAY outta my buget on soc. sec. I gotta settle for a Stevens 200 3006 with Nicon 2x7 Pro. "works for me"
