It would be silly to get the plex reticle for 187.95 when you can have the ballistic plex and the free spotter for just $10 more. You can use the ballistic plex as a "normal" reticle. Just ignore the 4 hold over lines. They are little enough to not be a distraction. I personally like the ballistic plex reticle as it is very useful. |

kmad61, if you're a dealer, then wouldn't "something in a Leupold VX-III" be within your price range ??
p.s. the FF II does come in a "normal" reticle.... ya just don't get no promo freebie with it...... since this is an SWFA forum.... their stock #'200160 and 200161.

If the FF2 came in a "normal" recticle I would say go with that, but since for that price it does not my recomendation would be the 3200 or Aetec... The best scopes for the price I think. Stay away from the VX-1, not multicoated = relatively poor light transmission and no 1/4 "clicks", not worth just paying for the Leupold name.
Look at Sightron S-II, they can be had for $220 quite a steal!!! |

I am going to spend $200 on a 3x9x40 scope to go on my Weatherby 308.I
am a dealer so I can get more for less,The scopes I have been looking
at are:
*Nikon buckmaster *Leo var1 *Millett buck gold *Bushnell elite 3200 *Simmons Aetec I am leaning toward the Bushnell and Millett because of many good reviews on both. What do you guys think???? |
