I want to use a Warne picattiny base and Seekins rings. Will this be a good match or should I use rings & bases from the same manufacturer?

I believe it is better to use the same manufacture, but it is not required and shouldn't be a problem.
You know what you are getting when you use the same manufacture....

Oh I don't know....My TPS/Badger combo has worked VERY well for me.
I highly recommend TPS gear.
My TSR rings are perfect. I have a picture laying around of a Nikon scope tube after TWO sets of TPS rings were installed, mounted and shot.
ZERO ring marks!! You couldn't even tell the scope was ever even...ringed??....Runged???....
Need some technical help here, Phil.
