and interesting note-- came accross this doing a legal search on another matter-- state of utah law under state constituion declares that all citizens and I repeat all -- between the ages of 18 and 45 are members of the militia-- period. So even if the supreme court ruled under the anti-gun arguements-- these people would have the right to "bear arms" superceding even local and state CCW laws.Hmm if other states adopted this, it would short circuit ammo registration etc.

if the states were using the term "militia" in their law, wouldn't that, perhaps, knock out the "individual"  or "the people" from the definition and , maybe, further confuse the issue of the people's right to keep and bear arms?  Anybody??    --Ed

Did you notice there was alot of bad mouth being put on malitias until 911 .... then it almost completely stopped ! Guess alot of americans want armed loyal citizens standing behind them more than armed Islamic terrorists in our country now .  American%20Flag
