Yesterday a guy who got caught up in the Nikon 6x debacle posted at 24hcf about his out come in dealing with SWFA. This guy had orderd EIGHT 6x Nikons as christmas gifts! When it all fell through he contacted SWFA  by e-mail and phone. He said all e-mails were responded to and all phone calls answered with friendly responses. The guy made out like a bandit. Two Leupold VXlll scopes at SWFA cost w/free shipping and Leupold goodies. Plus he ordered two Nikon 2x7 scopes that they evidently told him were on sale. Like he said in his post most companies would have said the order was cancelled and that would have been it. He was impressed.
I figured I would put this up as a new post rather than in the old one as visitors that saw that post might be tired of it and not look. Plus I thought I could do a little damage control and show them and any new visitors that if they had any hesitations on doing business with SWFA that there's NO reason not to.

                                                             til later,
                                                                 Earl

Yeah, I saw that post.  If they were all ordering eight scopes each, it is no wonder SWFA ran out of scopes.

Thank you for showing some class Earl!Thunbs%20Up

Some of your fellow 24hr members -- really a small handful of people -- made mountains out of molehills over this.  It's a shame that some people are all too willing to post negative comments in public, but don't show the same urgency in saying anything positive or in taking personal responsibility for their reckless, irresponsible accusations by way of apology.

I think your friend should post his comments in this thread as well, to counter all the negativity and unreasonable accusations of unethical business practices, class action lawsuits, and other such childish stupidity leveled at SWFA.
