Hello everyone, this is my first post here and I have a few questions for you all. Here's the situation. My dear wife put a Sig 556 on lay-away as a Christmas present for me and I am having problems choosing an optic for it. |

Before the laser surgery I too had a astigmatism... I would suggest the variable scope.
Instead of getting tired with trying to focus your eye with a low power scope; just turn the power up. |

For the specified purposes, I'd recommend an Aimpoint. Nothing drops the zombies and manbearpigs like Aimpoint.
Otherwise, I need to inform you that the IOR is every bit as good as the Leupold, and probably much better. Finally, some around here really like the Millett DMR http://www.swfa.com/pc-10714-1395-new-millett-1-4x24-tactica l-30mm-riflescope.aspx but I have neither owned nor shot the Millett so cannot say. |

Freedom is something you take.
Respect is something you earn. Equality is something you whine about not being given. |
