Any weaver style rings should fit a farrell base.

No, picatinny have a wider pin going through them.  Weaver rings will fit picatinny base but not the other way around.

Yes, they are weaver style rings.

You can see the difference in the pin size between the two, the Picatinny is a little wider and is square.  The weaver is round.

Thank you, that's the best explanation I've ever encountered. Excellent

Badger just informed me their rings will fit the Ferrell base.

What they mean by "fit" is anybody's guess 'cause their rings look like they use the squared lug design not the round. ?
Maine? Where's that?

I don't know about that.  A picatinny rail the slots in it are .206 exactly.  A weaver base has .180.  So badger must not realize Farrell bases are weaver not picatinny.

If you are using weaver rings then I would get a weaver base.  Even though they will fit a picatinny base you will still have some slop there and it will not be as stable and square as with an actual picatinny base.

Farrells bases look squared off as well not round.  But the gap distance is not the same as a actual picatinny base.  According to the badger website there rings are machined to fit picatinny, so it that is truely the case there is no possible way they could fit a weaver base.

_popupControl();  Ken Farrell said, "Our bases are picantinny also and you should have no problem using Badger's rings"
I didn't notice this before, but on my Farrell base there's a "pic" inscribed on it.
I tried an old pair of Leupold PRW rings which are picatinny(rectangular cross slot, not round) and they fit nice and snug with the base.
