I read all I can find lately about the SS. I am being deployed in May for the rest of the year, but hope to get a 10X SS for my .308 Savage when I return! But from all I read, here and other sites, you cannot beat the SS for the price. This scope gets less negative flap than any I read about. That means a heck of a lot. A friend of a friend has one, I hope to get over and look at his before I leave! It would be quite some time before I could get the likes of a NightForce. I believe, from what I read here, the SS will serve my needs just fine!
