Has anyone used one of these on the eotech and would be willing to spill there heart and soul out about it? What caliber is it set to? What bullet...etc. They look pretty dang neat, I wonder if they work well. I was thinking about putting it on an AR. Also, are they available in the unit that uses AA batteries vs the little "N" batteries? So many questions I know but how else do I learn, save spending the money and subjecting myself to further economic turmoil. Thanks |

think your looking at the wrong ones, the less-lethal reticle is set for FN pud launchers, and their range is only 70meters. the calibration is set for body hits out to 30m(yes thats 30 meters.) are you meaning something like this???

Well that would make sense as to why I couldnt find anything relating to caliber and bullet weight. If I would have steped out of my "range compensated" paradym I might have noticed it did say 70 M, which I of course I interpeted as meaning 700 M ....because who cant shoot a modern rifle 70 M........PUD launchers thats a little different. Less than lethal seemed a strange name too. Thanks for taking the time to respond to an idoit.
IMO they should make one with lines instead of the dots for a 5.56 and 7.62...... OH ya someone else does and they are called ACOGs

eotech does make bullet drop reticles now on some of the models for 308 and 223. in dthe past there have been several Y type reticles and as you fit a human torso in between the "Y" legs it compensates for the distance, can't remember their names however.
