Pretty much in have narrowed it down to these three. I will be running these on a FN SPRa1, I didn't expect to buy this rifle I was thinking I was going to pick up a SPS tactical from Remington however this was a good deal and it has put a damper on the funds.

Anyway on to the optics my funds are a little short so I have narrowed it down to these three and am leaning with the Burris XTR mildot no illumination. Pretty much just looking for opinions. Would love someone who has held/used both the Bushnell 4200 an this to compare them!

What size rings should I run for this scope and the FN SPRa1? (Burris XTR rings)

I have not used the XTR but for the money I don't believe there is a better entry level scope than the SS.  If you go SS, the Low rings should be ideal to keep it close to the bore axis.  I would recommend TPS rings, they're in the same price range and I've used them extensive (I own 6 sets) and I haven't used the XTR rings (I'm sure they're fine, you would probably need low as well for the SS).  I bought med TPS rings for my SS on a HB FN Mauser (Parker Hale parts gun) and they was higher than my med Leupold Mk4 rings (so I'm thinking low should be fine).  I have a Ken Farrell mount on my FN and it was taller than the Mk4 mount on my Rem PSS....so I switched the rings between my sticks and now they are approximately the same height (which makes them feel more consistent).  If you want to spend more money for great rings, I highly recommend Badger (and with the money you could save on a SS over the others, it would be a definite option).  Beyond the scope's performance, I also like the option of a screw-in honeycomb sunshade plus they are built like a tank (and supposedly the new ones are even better than the old ones like I have).
