Okay: I'm a liar.
In another post I mentioned in one of my future purchase at the Contessa Alessandro of a picatinny steel, simply because, by purchasing directly from the factory (I'm Italian) I could avoid disappointments like that I've with ERA-TAC, which sent me a banana-style picatinny.

However, the idea of something in 7075 has not abandoned me, so I turned to EGW and I ordered a 20 MOA picatinny HD for my T3.

The Item arrived today; I took some pictures to document what I have to say, but they are of such poor quality that I would prefer not to publish them.

First impressions:

1)The item is BIG: compared to the ERA-TAC is almost double, longer, thicker, strongly; fortunately, being in 7075, the difference in weight is made unnoticeable.

2)Is STRAIGHT: without doing laboratory tests, this one perfectly follows my bubble lever and the back of my caliber, is enough for me.

3) It fits perfectly to my T3, the holes are perfectly spaced.

I just did the bedding of the two-component resin with Marine-Text, tomorrow I check the result and then  fixed definitively with Blue Loctite and 20 in/lbs with my Fat Wrench.
I' m an happy old man.

Cool, I have been running one on my 700 308 for several years..
Had lots of scopes on and off in different rings and it has held up fine.
