Difference between these Nikon Binoculars?

Hello,

I am new to binoculars. I have found, with the help of a hunting friend, these two low priced binoculars. However, I am wondering what the difference is between them. The pictures are clearly of two different binoculars.

Why the price difference, and is one worth getting over the other? I am looking for some good clear long range glassing.

Can't click on the links, try to revise your topic, and then maybe someone can help.

In general, zoom binoculars are not very good. Especially in the low end.  Most would recommend a 8x42 or 10x42.  Many decent choices in those.  If you give a budget in your price range there are many who give very good advice on this forum.
