Can anyone help me?

What mounts are you using and are you seating the rear ring against the factory mount block? This is the set screw at the rear of the rail. If not seated against this your mounts could be moving.

Hi Doug and thanks for the reply.

I am using a full length mount with lock pin.

I have checked for any movement and there was none.

I made sure to use thread lock and also mark the scope

and base for movement.

I also have the older Diana 45, I removed the scope and mount

from the 350 and mounted it on the 45.

I am able to make a grouping at 15 meters of no larger than 0.5cm.

The 350 will not let me come closer to the center of the target than

15cm (6inch). I do get a reasonable grouping but way of target. To me

It looks like the piston cylinder and the barrel are not aligned even though

there is no obvious fault.

As you have noticed, you could have barrel droop causing you to run out of adjustment with your scope.
The Pyramyd Air blog has been a great source for me. They suggest an adjustable mount set up. http://www.pyramydair.com/scope-shift-barrel-drop.shtml
I have been lucky with my 350, good luck with yours.
