I ordered a Super Sniper 10x rear focus scope from the web page last Sat/Sun evening. I got an email confirmation that the scope shipped via UPS on Monday. The scope arrived on Tuesday the same week (I'm in west central LA)...unfortunately, the scope had issues with the elevation turret, so I called them back on Wed at lunch and got a return authorization number with no fuss or issues from the service lady who was very nice. I get an email on Thur saying the replacement scope has been sent out already. I did not ask for SWFA to ship a new scope to me. I asked the service lady to take a look at my scope to see if it could be repaired or at worst swapped for a different scope of the same make/model after they take a look at the one I just bought. At any rate, I dropped my defunct scope in the mail on Thursday and recieved a brand new scope from SWFA today...the new scope has no issues that I can find. They will maintain my buisness.

Looks to be a great piece of glass.  My rings that I had on hand are much too low for the rifle I intend to mount it on so I'm waiting on a set of high 30MM rings from (competitor).  The scope looks to be as clear and bright as my other $200 class scopes from Nikon and Burris, but this one has the adjustment turrtets that I wanted...and I have heard good things about the durability of the Super Sniper as well.  It is really hard to get a feel for the optics quality looking through the scope without it mounted to a rifle...all I can see is me wobbling around trying to hold the scope still when I look through it.
