5-4????? This illustrates just how important judicial assignments are. It also shows that this isn't over, by a long shot. We will have ALOT MORE fight ahead of us.

I also would like to point out that the court said for defensive and hunting purposes. Now just what kind of weapons do you suppose are going to deemed Constitutionally protected?
Do you need that .50 BMG for hunting, or self defense? The AR? The ripples from this stone are yet going to be felt.
