There are some places where it just doesnt pay to buy what appears to be the bargain.  There is an old saying - you get what you pay for  (sometimes less, never more.)

I have a center point optics 4x16 56mm Objective tactical scope w/ 30mm tube.  It rocks.  The optics are bright and clear, -and clear accros the entire field of view.  The scope is well made, turrets are solid, it has 1/8th inch clicks at 100 yds.  It has an illuminated Mil Dot range finding reticle in both RED & GREEN.  The Parallax is nearly dead on as a range estimating tool.  What can I say, I use this on my CZ 550 Varmint in 22-250 which I tend to use at ranges of 300 yards.  Its a deadly accurate combo and the Center Point scope was just perfect for my long range varmint rifle.  I also have Leupold and Burris scopes on my deer rifles.  But center point is all that (far as I can see) for a fraction of the $$.  I highly recommend them.

My first scope was an illuminated mil-dot Centerpoint. The illumination went out the third day. Tracking was pretty much a guessing game. I wouldn't recommend Centerpoint base on my own experience. I was lucky to get my money back from Amazon.com.

Don't waste your money with Centerpoint. Save some more money and get something like a Nikon.
