I was looking into the rcbs trim mate case prep center, which will chamfer, deburr, clean primer pocket, and deburr the flash hole. Anyone use one of these? Any opinions? Call me lazy or whatever, but I figure the easier I make this, the more likely I am to do it.

No experiance with the trim mate, although very popular, I do all these proceedures by hand, it allows/forces me to look at each individual case for damage, just my opinion.

I started using one recently (just the basic setup). It could be a little faster but it beats the heck outta doin these steps by hand. I am thinking about adding the flash hole deburrer and primer pocket uniformer. If your preparing cases in large batches it's a must.

I bought one when they first came out and have used and abused it ever since. I can't imagine having to reload without it. If it broke mine today I would order another one before the close of business. I set it up with the primer pocket former, primer pocket brush, chamfer tool, de-burring tool, and flash hole reamer. I run every case with it. Only problem I have ever had was with the flash hole reamer. You can over torque it and strip the cutter out from the shaft if it grabs too much brass. I put some epoxy on it and its never failed again. Definitely a good investment.

I use one for the varmint rifle brass.....mass quantities !
I use it primarily for de-burring, I have the RCBS & Lyman cutters mounted (same threads on both brands) & might add a VLD cutter.
I trim with a Forester trimmer, so anything to speed up the works helps. Had one of the Lyman battery operated tools, so that's where the idea of using the Lyman tooling came from.
