I hope this has not been beat to death, I did go back about 10 pages and did not see any info on what I wanted. I have a question about Busnell. Those of you owning Busnell 4200 whats your opinion of them, and what can a person expect if he needs any warranty work done? Thanks, Tim

SWFA sez "limited lifetime" so it's not as good as Leupold
BUT 4200s have a fine reputation so unless you're taking
it to Iraq you're probably OK.

The Elite 3200 and 4200 have lifetime warranties for the original owner. Also, for the first year, if you are not happy with them for any reason, you can return them to Bushnell for a full refund, no questions asked. I have 6 4200's and I think they are great.

BL, But...if you are in the market for a scope, take a look
at the SWFA Nikon Monarch sale, it's almost too good to be true.

I dropped a pair of elite 8X43 binos and bent the eyecup. I sent them to bushnell. They sent me a bill. for like $225 or so. I called them and told them how they shouldn't have bent and that leupold wouldn't have sent me a bill and they dropped all charges and repaired them free of charge.

I have well over a dozen elite rifle scopes mostly 4200's with a few 3200's and really like them. I really don't think you can do better for the money. I have a zeiss conquest 3-9X40 and I think my 4200 is just as good.have done alot of low light testing in lowlight areas such as back corners of barns around the farm and in the woods.

Very good. Buy an elite if you don't like it bushnell will give you your money back(you'll like it)

I just mailed a 10 year old 3-9x32 bushnell sportview airgun scope back to them. it will not zero. this is the second time it goes back. I called and they said to ship it to them, they did not mention warranty or price. I have no plans on paying anything. I will argue a little with them and if it comes down to me paying, I will tell them keep the scope and that I will never buy bushnell again. I mailed it last thursday, so I will keep ya'll updated as to what happens.

i have beat a couple of 4200's all to hell and back and they are still as accurate as they were when i got them.

i would'nt worry about it at all.  it's a heck of a scope w/ great glass. tough as nails.
