So sent in a pair of binoculars Bushnell Elites 10x43 because they would not focus and were lousy for a 1000$ pair of binoculars.   They recieved them on May 8th and still to this day, June, 15 2008 still haven't looked at them.  Sitting on their self collecting dust while I am left scouting without binoculars.  Maybe this company should take notice what happen to GM and learn, because they lost my interested in them forever.  I don't care if they have the best optics, which they don't even come close to being good let a lone best, I refuse to be treated this way.  I wish their was some way to change my decidion of buying the binoculars in the first place.  
 
On a side not a sent in a Leupold scope for a reticle sight change hand it back in two weeks!  Now that is a company that cares about its costomers.

Sorry for your issues with them.  I have used their CS twice and had both my scopes back in about 3 weeks.

I would escalate...
find out who is the manager of customer service
if he doesn't resolve it find out who the head of sales is

sales guys don't like the service guys screwing up their business

don't tell them you are done with Bushnell as they have zero incentive to help you
be nice but firm

have you spoken with the dealer you bought them through to see if they can help?

I have dealt with Bushnell CS numerous times.  I have always been treated fairly and within reasonable time frames.
