Bushnell obviously needs to thin their herd of 3 or so to 9 or so scopes. While the label "short action compact" may sound ideal it throws up a red flag for me as far as eye relief is concerned -- I would really want to see one of these before I bought the 3-10 instead of a 3-9 that is a proven winner at a hundred dollars less. I could see spending more for a balistic reticle or the fire fly reticle but to go from 9x to 10x why bother I would rather go from 3x down to 2x and get the wider field of view. The glass in all of these is very nice glass and the rain guard finish is helpful. By the time I get to $300 + for any 3-9 scope; I am thinking I should be looking for a Zeiss Conquest.

If you want to really see the full capability of that rifle put one of these on it.
