Bushnell Elite 3200 scope warranty.

Hi All!

I have question about warranty Bushnell scope in Russia.

I was bought Bushnell Elite 3200 7-21x40 scope in USA (via internet shop) in autumn 2008 when I was guest of my friend in the Ohio.

I used ths scope on my 22LR rifle and was make about 500 shots. 

Yesterday I saw the first few strange spots on the inner side of the ocular and some black line on the reticle, which disappeared after the next shot. It then again appeared and disappeared with shooting, and after reticle shifted down and turned when i turned a rifle. And the POI on target was the shift in the shooting. I also noticed that the number of spots on the lens increased.

  How do I contact Bushnell about the warranty on my scope?

I will contact with regional distributor "Kolchuga" in Moscow and write here that they respond to me about scope warranty.

I back to the topic again.

After  unsuccessful attempts to contact the service of "Kolchuga" via e-mail and phone , the scope was transferred to Moscow with my friend. In the service-center "Kolchuga" scope was not accepted to guarantee, because it has bought not in Russia.

Only if the representatives of Bushnell contact with them official and give order to guarantee at this scope, they will take it. And the same with their words, they  will not repair the scope and Bushnell  Bushnell will be required to send thema new scope to replace it.

  What can i do in this situation?  Scope now in Moscow with my moscow friend.

  Who can take me e-mail of official person in Bushnell to ask them about this problem?
