I've just seen some scopes that appear to be very interesting...however, I know that SWFA doesn't have any yet.

I am curious about the 6X factor.  I've always heard that anything over 4X in a variable scope tends to deteriorate around the edges at higher power settings.  Before I spend the money to buy one, I want to find out if Bushnell has solved this problem.

I guess what I'm asking is for someone to look one of these over, and let me know how it performs "around the edges".  It sounds good, as it would make a nice scope for hunting using low power, and shooting targets at 800-1000 meters using higher powers.

I would appreciate a response after you actually receive 'em....and I realize that may not be very soon.   But, I'm in no hurry since I'm building a 7mmWSM.  The barrel's ordered, but the gunsmith won't have the gun until I take it to TX when I go down there in April.

Thanks in advance for your time.

IOR also uses a 6x erector tube in the 3-18x 42mm tactical. It works.
