i got them to answer an email once. i don't know anyone who has had to deal with their CS though.

I have the exact opposite experience. Didn't mean to detract from your thread, I'm still sorta pissy about the way I was treated by Burris. Won't happen to me again.

Looks like Uncle Steiner has kicked loose some up-grades. Hopefully they tack as good as the Steiner's do.
If it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?
