If you can live with the BDC on the Nikon it will give you more shooting time. It has better glass.
Both are reliable scopes that can take a fair amount of abuse.

Nikon, all the way. I have both FF and Monarch glass, it is no contest. My UCC has the plex reticle, though.

i had a ffII on my wsm for a while then i replaced it and the primos is better glass, the bdc takes up more space though.

The team Primos is a Monarch!  A Monarch UCC which is last years model.  I had a FFII and sold it.  If you can live with the BDC its a no-brainer!  If you want to get something better, then I would suggest the Zeiss Conquest 3-9X40!

The only thing thats stopping me is the warrenty,

Limited lifetime so basically they can tell me that i abused it and not give me a new one even if something happened in the shipping process

shipping isnt going to be a big deal, if you order it from swfa it will be fine.
dont worry about the loopie, if you want a loopie you will need to go to a vx3 to get even close to comparable glass with the 4200

5214649920 Zeiss 3-9x40 Conquest Rifle Scope Zeiss 3-9x40 Conquest Rifle Scope
  • Silver
  • Z-Plex
  • 1"
  • Etched Glass
  • 2nd Plane
SWFA: $499.95
or

5214649904 Zeiss 3-9x40 Conquest Rifle Scope Zeiss 3-9x40 Conquest Rifle Scope
  • Silver
  • #4

Bushnell Elite 4200 3x9 is the best deal available under $300.00.  I don't like the power ring on the fullfield IIs, so i'd go nikon before burris, just my personal preference.  Plus you get the jacket with the Bushy.

Both scopes are good but the Nikon Primos is better. Both are made in the Philippines, if I were you buy a better scope go with the Bushnell Elite 4200 or the Sightron SII.Better optics excellent warranty made in Japan. And cost around $200.00 USD.
