Anyone have any experience with these rings with the Posi-align inserts?  What is the procedure to know which inserts to use?

I've used them fairly extensively and I like them quite a bit.   As for which to use, what I do is first mount the scope with no-offset inserts and fire a couple of shots.  If POI is close to POA, I will often just use scope adjustments.  If it is quite a ways off, I'll put in the offset inserts.  For a standard bolt action ring spacing a 0.005" inset will move the POA about 5" at 100yards.   I tend to use the rear ring inserts for horizontal adjustments and front ring inserts for vertical adjustments, but it really depends on the situation.
