I am putting burris signature rings--- dual dovetail on my win 70
with a leupold 3.5-10x40 vx3 cds scope
burris mounts or Leupold???

I usually use leupold rings and bases, never had a problem, though I am leaning more toward the DNZ mounts for the future.

QUOTE] Certainly not. A unique and useful system, no ring marks on the scope tube- it's a great way to mount a scope ESPECIALLY if you need to make alignment corrections if your rifle's receiver is not drilled in line with the barrel, etc. They hold solid, too.

I like the looks of those DNZ's...
Just not sure if I want the connecting bar... Also the tally lightweight one piece are a contender as well... Any advantages? Disadvantages?? |
