Is this a decent scope?  How is the customer service from Burris?

It is a great scope for the money.  I have never needed to use their customer service, but I understand that they are a little tougher to deal with then Leupold.

I HAVE A 4.5-14x FF II with Ballistic Plex reticle on an AR-15, and it's just terrific. I know a guy that used to work there, and he said they took in a lot of warranty work-- but that was awhile ago, and i've also heard THE PROBLEM has been fixed.

So the Burris FF II is a good scope for the money.  How does it compare to:

1.  Bushnell Elite 4200

2.  Weaver Grand Slam

i like the 4200 more, but the burris is a better overall value.

I like Burris mainly because of their high magnification handgun scopes, and their ballistic reticles.

bb122, the is really more in line with the 3200 then a 4200.
