I just purchased the above scope for 318.00 shipped/insured, it is the one with TT and AO.  It was between that and the monarch 6.5-20....Did I do the right thing???  Any opinion would help...

Hate to say it but I would have got the monarch. You will have a nice scope though.

$318 shipped and insured? That sounds like a heck of a deal to me. Where did you get it? I have heard nothing but good things about burris.

I went with the Monarch 6.5-20 and a lit Mil Dot.

No regrets...

Venturing a guess, it probably means "target turrets."

well, had to send scope back, received it with messed up coatings, so maybe the bushnell 4200 6-24 will be my next choice, compared to the monarch, what do you think??

Didn't want to say anything but now that it's on the way back.

I had a ffII just like the one you had and was not impressed with it at all. When you cranked it up to 18 power it got really milkey. It didn't even come close to my elite 4200 6-24's or 8-32's that I have. I would highly recommend the 4200 you will like it I promise. About the best you can do for the money.

Mike.

I think they are really nice! I have one on my 4200 6-24 side focus and had one on a regular 4200 6-24. I haven't had time to really mess with it much but plan to. They are done very tasteful and not too big and don't get in the way like some.
