I have read some disturbing things on some other sites about Burris customer service, any body here had good or bad luck with them?

We have heard that before. But please do not let that keep you from buy a Burris. Since I'm in customer service I know that attitude of both parties makes a big difference. Some situations are approched differenty, and every situation is different. Just remember when calling customer service:

1. Treat them the way you want to be treated...

2. Explain things with out getting upset..

For the most part I found them to be extremely helpful!!
