M80 Mil. Spec 145gr FMJBT w/c

or

M2 MIL SPEC BULLET 150gr

I came across these on Wideners and was thinking they may work well for my subsonic loads and they are a heck of a lot cheaper.  Anyone used them before?  i am looking for right around the 150gr mark and these fit the bill.  Anyone know what M80 or M2 means in relation to these?

Pretty sure they're both regular, lead-core fmj's, the main difference being a flat base on the M2. Seems like the M2 was the standard '06 bullet at one time.
