Anyone know how to get them to answer the phone. I ordered a stock yesterday, it wouldn't let me create a customer account for myself. I paid as a guest, my charge went through. 

I have sent an email with no response, and I can't get a live person to save my life. I am about ready to challenge the charge with the bank. 

I started calling yesterday. I left a message early yesterday morning as well.

When i bought mine emails were slow to get answered but they eventually came.

if you've tried then I would email back that you have tried several times and provide them you number for them to call you being they didn't answer.  Don't know what else to tell you.  CS isn't always the best but I've been happy with their product... is it something you can get elsewhere or are they the only option?

I finally got through. My order didn't process through, so I had to redo it. The lady said I didn't ever activate my account. I said that is because the activation email was in chinese or something. She said they had heard that a couple other times and thought it was fixed now. 

But I got it and a confirmation. I ordered one of their "At One" stocks in Forest Camo for my Remington 700 AAC-SD to replace my factory Hogue stock. I like to hunt with this gun, and spend more time in a tree stand than a shooting house, so... I didn't want some funky target stock. 

The other option would have been a Magpul hunter or a Hogue with the full bedding block, but I kind of wanted the laminate more. And wasn't sure I wanted a thumb hole one. I wasn't able to find a laminate stock online that worked with the bull barrel profile, that was a hunting profile. 

I'll drop gun in it and see how it shoots. Hoping it will cure my stringing issue with the Hogue. I will eventually have pillars added and have it glass bedded. The store across the hwy from me said 6 week wait right now.... so I may have to find a side work gunsmith. Or wait until after hunting season.
