Given the choice I'd take the razors, but there is a big price discrepancy between the two and I think the zen provide a better value for the money.

I will go with 10x43 ED2 too, lighter weight and wider field of view.

Go for the ZEN ED2, unless low light is a critical need for your uses.  The Razor is a good glass and the optics between the Razor and ZEN are not much different, although I think the ZEN is a little better.  The thing is the ZEN is a whole lot less expensive.  Please note I did not say "cheaper" Smile.

+1 Steve on being less expensive, $400.00 is not cheep in my book.

I really like both of these binoculars.  Both are sharp and have excellent CA control.  The Zens win on field of view.  The Razors have a better build quality and better depth of field.  The Razors are the better binocular overall.  The Zens are easily the better deal.

I have Zen ED II's and for the money, they are awesome.   Good CA and good field of view--my only issue has been with the ocular covers that won't stay on.
