Thought this might be of interest.

Home Depot Scam....

A "heads up" for men who may be regular Home depot customers. This one caught me by surprise. Over the last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends.

Here's how the scam works:

Two seriously good-looking 20-21 year old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping into the trunk. They both start wiping
your windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy tee shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask you for a ride to McDonalds. You agree and they get in the backseat. On the way, they start undressing. Then one of them climbs over the front seat and starts crawling all over you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen November 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th , 24th & 29th. Also December 1st, 4th, twice on the 8th, 16th, 23rd, 26th, 30th, three times last Saturday and very hopefully again this upcoming weekend.

So tell your friends to be careful.

P.S. Walmart has wallets on sale for $2.99 each.

No worries...My life sentence was commuted about 14 years ago.  She decided to go find herself.  I got to keep the kids, car and house.  She is to this day, the best hearted person I have ever known but not a lick of sense!  Plans and dreams gallore but the world's worst execution.  She has tried several times to come back but here is no way I am going to put myself in financial Jeopardy again.  When she left I assumed $20K of her debt and gave her $20K cash.  Since she left I am solvent and she has gone bankrupt twice!!!  And I have the kids and their expense.  We make about the same money.
Again I say, ingorance is fixable, stupid is not!  Its a shame, she is truly a sweet person.

Penciltuckey is local slang for Pennsylvania.  WE are a commonwealth with no wealth.  The government structure here is bouroughs, townships, villages, towns, cities.  Starts as small as about 5 homesteads incorporated.
This means tons of redundant picayune government. Each with the power to control their area.  How it works out is that there is no buying power and a perpetual power struggle.  The roads are some of the worst in the nation. because of no economy of scale to buy equipment or materials.  It is either State Police or Regional Police forces formed by multiple municipalities (More infighting) or in the bigger cities, city Police forces.  County based gov. as far as roads go only take care of Snow Emergency Routes and bridges.  They dole out funds to all the smaller for roads.  My township only has two snowplows to cover some 250 plus miles of roads.  On the positive side, it is still quite rural.  Up until about 5 years ago there were no real building codes however they required a minimum of 2 acres per house to keep population down.  We are all on septic systems and wells out here and there is a water shortage in the immediate area.  I am one of the lucky ones...my 2nd well produces about 15 gallons a minute.  My 1st well was 410' and only 2.0 gallons, it lasted 6 months before going dry.

I am 1.5 miles from Maryland line and some of the best roads in the nation so it is frustrating as all get out in the winter.  PA roads will be covered and trecherous, MD road totally clear.   To add insult to injury I live between the township building (where plows and salt are kept and the Roadmasters house (guy in charge of roads for twnshp).  That one strectch will be plowed clean before all else usually plowing in my sidestreet!

Here in WV the County Commissoners in each county controls things both within and outside the County Seat limits as far as economical development goes which is none. So we have no major businesses to provide decent jobs and the benefits of having one. I'm not saying it's totally their fault because there is still so much undeveloped land along the major east coast routes that no major manufacturing businesses are going to come clear out here. But we keep our heads dry,we stay warm, and we don't go hungry. Can't ask for more than that.
