You did not set it for just being able to vote 1 time.

People can vote and express why they feel the scope is such a good value.

Most of this information was collected from SWFA website and all manufacturers offer lifetime transferable warranties.

At first glance you may conclude that the 4-16x42 Nikon Monarch would be the best buy from among this select group of rifle scopes and I might be inclined to agree.  But there is something that stands out here that catches my attention as a hunter.  Since I, like most hunters actually hunt on the lowest magnification setting, field of view becomes a critical element when choosing a hunting scope.  The Bushnell 6500, even though it offers very good eye relief, has an astounding 41 feet field of view at 100 yards.  This of course is made possible because of it's wide magnification range.  It also manages to do all of this by sporting a 30mm main tube and is comparable to all scopes listed in length and weight.

Of course all are outstanding scopes.  You could effectively make a case for any of these listed as well as others.  But even though you might think that an extra 16' of view is really not worth the additional $250 (no argument here) for the Bushy over the Monarch, you are also trading off rainguard lens coating, resetable turret knobs and a considerable amount of elevation and windage adjustment.

My vote is for the 2.5-16x42 Bushnell 6500 because of it's optical quality, great range of magnification and field of view, all at a great price.

I have listed many Leupold scopes because people find there line of scopes a real value.People on the forum may list whatever scope they feel is a real bargain & why.Like I said some of the people new to this forum sure know how to be sarcastic. This is only for helping the common man through his decision to purchase a new scope which happens to be a real value. If there's a scope not listed just write a review why it's a bargain.
