Any of the Alpha bins would be recommended here, Leica, Zeiss, Swarovski, Nikon.  For Porro prism, used will be much better bang for your buck, the Nikon SE series, is by many the finest optically of any out there, the 8x32 SE, 10x42 SE, and 12x50 SE, I have owned all 3 and very bright and easy to handle.  Not waterproof, but water resist and  rugged.

Lots of latitude and ways you can go here.

You'll get more bang for your buck with a porro... some of the older Carl Zeiss Jena/Docter Optic glasses are wonderful binos at a good price.   NV Hunter

Id say look for some older Zeiss Docter optic glass.  If your not set on a poro Id really recommend the Zeiss Classics for the money
