Best boresigher?

There doesn't seem to be a forum category for this, so I'm asking in this one because it gets the highest traffic...

1) What's the absolute best boresighting system out there. I can imagine something using MEMS inclinometers
would be the best (and cost $$$ to $$$$).

2) What's a the best bang for the buck system? Something like inverse milirads of error per $. Most systems sold don't
mention anything about error, so I realize this may be hard to answer...

If money is not an issue, the laser models that look like rifle shells are the best that i have seen.  Steer clear of the laser models that fit in the end of the barrel.  For the money the Leupold.  Even the old model that just fit in the barrel will work and are cheap.  Most all of them will get you on the target.  But, the bullet lazers can be used to reverifiy zero at any time.
