Most excellent shooting. Wow- way to go to both you guys.
i've never even been to a 1000 yard range, let alone shoot a sub 1/2 moa group at that distance.

Ernie- you've put your pics in here before and I always think I know you...

Outstanding shooting, Brandon!

Concur with Mr. Koshkin and others. Components and conditions are important, but it's still the singer, not the song.

I went to Oklahoma Christian in the early 80's, competed in Decathlon, and did some preaching in Braman during that time frame as well, and we lived in Newcastle when the May 3rd tornado came through. Preacher there too.

If you can do it 6 times at one session with that good of grouping you are onto something. You might not be able to do it all the time but you do show some good shooting and are well along the way to be able to do it at will. Next is learning how to handle tricky winds. Big winds kick my butt.

True!
Sadly, I do not get that opportunity to BR shoot on a regular basis.
Switchy winds kick mine at times.

Ernie,

That less than 4 inch group is fanstatic. I know shoters who have never shot a group that good. I would be tickled pink to have a group that good. At most matches that group is the best or in the top five. I willing to bet that was the best group at the match.

Nice Ernie... Real nice...

About the Bartlein barrel I have always wondered how they did as they have listed a .338 Progressive twist barrel I might have to sell a rifle and get a barrel.

Waiting for your 1500 yard and 2000 yard groups next.

I would say 2 shot groups.  I have yet to figure out which is more telling.
