I bought a Winchester .233 wssm stealthII .  Then I bought a Zeiss 6-20x50. Now I need a base and rings for the weapon. One piece or two piece? And who to buy from. I got the cash and want to complete this rig. I want to buy quality . So let me have it!

Thanks

I like a Picatinny rail for my stuff now.

Badger Ord makes a great one. Mine has a 20 MOA cant on it.

M2A2 check out www.badgerordnance.com for more info on the subject. The rail mentioned above has 20MOA built in elevation...the rear end of the base/rail is thicker than the front end by about .020"

A 20 MOA canted rail basically gives you an added 20 minutes of angle more "up" than a flat based rail.

If your scope has 60 minutes of angle of elevation, the 20 moa canted rail will give you 80 total minutes of angle of elevation.

If you plan on shooting LR, then I would encourage you to get the canted rail.

The price is the same for a flat one, and it's a "better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it."

Especially considering that the Conquest w/ it's 1" tube suffers from a lack of elevation.  Good scope though, none the less.

You'll need to go with reducers for a 1" tube as well.

Badger doesn't make a base for the wssm. The hole spacing for the short action and the super short action are drilled different. You're very limited to make and style for that action. The bases that we sell for the wssm are made by Leupold and Burris. The two styles you have to choose from are either standard or quick release.

 Leupold standard base.

 Leupold quick release base.

 Burris standard base.
