Thats a tuff one, optically I believe they are very close.  I do not like how the whole eye piece/power ring turn on the Burris, therefor I'd go with the 3200.

I'd take the Elite w/ firefly. It does start to degenerate after time but it works well. 3200 glass is slightly better than FFII. If you are hunting crop fields you will appreciate better glass though. As was stated above the 4200 will be a better investment.
Also, the Nikon Team Primos is a great buy at 219.00 here at SWFA. The BDC reticle is fantastic for holdover for crop fields and because it is large enough it will do a good job in darker situations.

I agree with Cyborg, the Team Primos is a step above the 3200 or FFII and its about the same price.
