Yep.  Reid already told Feinstein she would get her vote with the assault weapons ban as an amendment to the primary bill - the one that institutes universal background checks and prevents me from willing my firearms to my children or trading with my father without government interference.

Yeah, that bill won't go anywhere either....people are standing up and making themselves be heard. We have to continue to stay on top of this.

I feel horrible for you guys in Kali, Mike. So many good, honest folk who get absolutely dicked over by lunatics like Feinstein...

They dropped the "assault weapons" ban in order to try to win favor/support from "fence sitters" for the "high capacity" magazine ban... it's still being pushed.
Senators and representatives have to be made aware that that is also a RIGHTS violation...  Unalienable rights, rights not granted by government, but given to the People by the Creator... defense against Tyranny...

Between the crazy high taxes and oppressive gun control it's hard to see why Californians stick around.
But, then again the weather and scenery are very nice. Even Bill Maher is having second thoughts. ;)

I do like headlines like this though:

"Senator Is Angry Over Bill's Exclusion of Assault Gun Ban

Senator Dianne Feinstein of California decried the loss of a measure she had fought desperately to keep in a gun control bill the Senate is to consider next month"

Maryland is about to pass draconian firearms laws ...finger printing for all handgun and MSR owners , expensive gun licensing ,required classes , background by feds and state police at purchaser's expense, mag limits, and MSR bans

Treating regular, law abiding citizens like fuggin' criminals. Absolutely disgusting. And yet these same lunatics won't try and pass laws for the bums who rape our welfare system to be drug tested.....

What a joke.
