I would appreciate your comments. Especially about optical quality and precision of the adjustments. Is the target dot reticule too small for casual target shooting and plinking with a .22? I don't need this much magnification but want it for all the stuff it has to play with like fat adjustment knobs, lens shade, screw on protective caps etc. The 10X magnification will just be a novelty factor for me, as I usually shoot 4x or 6x fixed.

I shot an informal rimfire .22 silhuette match about year ago with one on a borrowed Sako. The dot seemed about right for a cat-sized steel buffalo silhuette at 300 yards, if that tells you anything useful. The wind and elevation adjustments were solid and repeatable, and the image bright and crisp, at least in full sunlight. Overall, it seemed like an excellent target scope, in the short time I used it. I had to borrow it because I ran out of elevation on my Remington/Leupold rig. 300 yards is a long ways off for a .22 long rifle!

Thanks, that's good enough for me. Must be discontinued as there are some real giveaway deals on them. For $230 I think I'll give one a try.
