On "11" it is nice and bright - on every other number it isn't on at all.  I've checked it in total darkness and 11 works great, but no other settings gives even a flicker.

Since this is a Customer service issue you would be best served to call SWFA direct 972-726-7348. They have the expertise on the S.S. line of scopes to take care of any issues you may have.  Wink
Folks ain't got a sense of humor no more. They don't laugh they just get sore.

Need to follow the rules. Just hard to determine which set of rules to follow
Now the rules have changed again.

It could be a weak battery or worse it could be the potentiometer has opened up.  Then it would only work at full brightness cause the pot is by passed.

Chris emailed me - when the battery starts to get low it will do this - put in a new one and viola, it works fine now :)
