Anybody have any problems with scopes moving when using the Burris Signature Z Rings with the inserts. I'd like to use them on a 30-06 ... want to make sure the scope will stay in place.

I used them on a Winchester Model 70 Coyote in 270 WSM with no problems.

I've bought them for my 30.06 but have not tried it out yet. I've read about them and feel that they are OK for 30.06 with not too heavy of a scope, at least for the one inch tube scopes. The Signature Zee Rings for the one inch tube scopes has one hold down screw on each side of the ring. The Sig. Zee 30mm tube version has two screws on each side. Be sure to clean off the oil like substance from the plastic inserts before installing. I feel like this set-up mounted on Weaver style two piece bases are hard to beat for the money. I've read of people having slipping problems while shooting the big magnum guns with the heavy scopes ie: "Night Force" on the Sig. Zee Rings even with the two screws per side.
