So I found these in my attic and I don't know the slightest thing about them. They are made by Karl Stein, I know that much. It has the words Prismalyt, Tag Nacht, Coated Optics, No. K-70506 on it as well as 7x35 (I know what that is, of course) and Field 6.5 degrees. Does anyone have any info on them at all? I searched high and low and found nothing online about them.

Sounds like an old pair of Steiners. According to http://www.mymilitarybinoculars.com/2009/04/what-are-steiner-binoculars/:

"One of the biggest brand names in binoculars is Steiner. Their products are world-renowned. The company’s story starts like the quintessential Mittlestand. The firm was originally founded by Karl Steiner in 1947 as Stein Optik GMBH."

Other than that, it is curious that nothing turns up on prismalyt or the model number. "Tag Nacht" just means "day-night."

Yeah thats pretty much all I could come up with also. I wonder if they are worth anything. It's odd that they don't say anything about Stein Optik on them though. Also no mention of where they were made (I'm assuming Germany until I'm told otherwise).
