Who makes the best angle compensating Laser Rangefinder? I just received a Swarovski Laser Guide that I ordered but have been rethinking the purchase. The Laser guide doesn't account for angles and think this would be an excellent feature for a hunting (both bow and rifle) rangefinder. If I return the Laser Guide I can probably get a rangefinder that does account for angles as well as a premium set of compact binos.

So who makes the best Rangefinder with angle compensator?

The new Leupolds are probably the best.  I have used an Opti-logic, which seems to be the same as the Pentax, and it definately worked, but the optics are pretty poor.  Looked through a friend's Leupold RX-II, last week and it was much clearer and functioned well.  That said, not sure how important optics are in a rangefinder?

I see that Bushnell now has a Pinseeker 1500 that is slope compensated. That would be one hell of a golf shot.

Also, there are some deals to be had on Pentax slope compensated rangefinders, as I think they are a discontinued item.

Thanks, I thought it was mainly Leupold. Seems strange that the big three have not jumped on thie whole angle compensating thing yet as it seems really useful.
