The only thing I could find is:

http://www.cryptomundo.com/cryptozoo-news/newmystery-pic/

Lot's of folks are calling it a 'Tiger' fish, but that is really a whole range of different critters. So ya got me.

Looks almost like a tarpon except for the jaws. You sure wouldn't catch me grabbing it by the lip.

That looks like a tiger fish. They are found in the Zambezi river, which runs through Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mocambique. It also forms the Northern Border between Namibia and Zambia.(Caprivi strip)

These fish do not attack like Piranhas, but can obviously give a nasty bite. We used to fish for them during our military duty in that area. They go for anything that shines, even shiny tinfoil with a hook in it works. Generally they are not that big. but some monsters are around. Looking on Google, I see there is also a Goliath Tigerfish, which the above may be.

I like to fish for sharks and have caught quite a few toothy critters Barracudas Kingfish etc. but that dang thing looks vicious.

In this, his first book, "The Largest Tigerfish in the world -THE GOLIATH", Dann takes the reader on an adventure of discovery and mystery. The book boasts some excellent photographs of these magnificent fish as well as the equally impressive Congo or Zaire River.'These fish can attain an incredible Size. Some old Congolese fishermen have told me that they can attain a mass of 7Okg.These old fish lose their teeth and frequent the deep dark holes of the river. The largest fish seen was a specimen of 49Kg, and was taken by my friend Christian”, explains Dann
