I'm considering a 9000 for my H&R. What size dot would be the best 2 or 4 and which length on the 9000, short or long?

If I were putting it on a slug gun I would go with the 2. I was thinking about one for a turkey gun and was going to go with a 4. My reasoning would be shot distances.

2moa in the 9000L version so you can mount it with two 30mm rings.  The S short version would still work for you but the L version gives you the option to move it to other firearms that have a longer action if you want to at a later time.

Thanks guys.  I really want one but its tough spending that much on a dot sight that costs just as much as any scope I have. Loco

Yea I understand that but once you buy one it wont be your last. They are very good for rapid target acquisition and you can use it two eyes open on a moving target and be on it. Good Luck.

P.S.  if you hang around here for a few years you will probably have some much more expensive scopes.
